Privacy policy

We collect account details supplied through Kinde, such as your email, name, profile image, and authentication identifiers. We also store the agency, business, prospect, keyword, scan, report, portal, and configuration data you add to the product.

Stripe processes payment details. SearchGrid Pro stores Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and plan references but does not store full card numbers.

We record credit usage, feature activity, and operational logs needed to run and improve the service. Public prospect-report views may record a shortened hash derived from a visitor identifier or network signal, the visit time, and a shortened user-agent value.

Agency preview links and PDF capture visits are excluded from prospect engagement counts.

We use information to authenticate accounts, perform scans, generate and deliver reports, operate billing, prevent abuse, answer support email, and understand whether the product works.

We use service providers including Kinde, Stripe, DataForSEO, Vercel, Neon, and Resend. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and product records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use access controls and reputable infrastructure providers.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing support@useservicego.com. We may retain records required for billing, fraud prevention, or law.

The service is intended for business users and not children under 13. We may update this policy as the beta and product change; the date above will show the latest revision.
