Terms

Terms of service

These terms govern business use of SearchGrid Pro. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.

Last updated July 21, 2026

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, authorized users, and the accuracy and legality of data you upload. Do not misuse the service, evade plan limits, interfere with its operation, scrape the product, or use reports for deceptive or unlawful outreach.

You are responsible for complying with privacy, advertising, email, and other laws that apply to your prospecting and client communications.

Plans and credits

Plan prices, monthly credit allowances, and scan charges are shown before checkout. On-demand scans currently use one credit per enabled grid point; scheduled scans use half a credit per enabled grid point. Paid plans do not limit the number of client portals or prospect-report URLs.

Monthly plan credits and purchased add-on credits reset at renewal and do not roll into the next billing cycle. Customers with an active paid plan may purchase additional credits at that plan's displayed add-on rate during the current billing cycle.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.

If payment fails or a subscription ends, paid scan capacity falls back to the current trial allowance. Existing reports and portals may remain readable, but new scans require an available credit balance.

Third-party data and no ranking guarantee

Maps results, business data, and rankings come from third-party sources and can change by location, time, device, and provider. SearchGrid Pro provides measurement and reporting tools, not a promise of rankings, leads, sales, or client retention.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, especially during beta. To the extent permitted by law, ServiceGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
